AutiPlate is a logging tool. It is not medical advice and it is not a medical device.
It was built by a parent to record what a child eats and which supplements they are given, so that information can be shared with the child's own doctor. That is all it does.
Always speak to your child's doctor, paediatrician or a registered dietitian before starting, changing or stopping any food, supplement or medication. If your child is unwell, contact a medical professional — not this app.

AutiPlate stores what you type in, so you can see it again on your other devices. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising. There is no analytics or tracking of any kind. You can download everything or delete everything at any time from inside the app.
We do not ask for and never collect: addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, payment details, location, contacts, photos, or diagnostic and medical records.
We treat it that way. It is stored in a database row locked to your account, retrieved only when you sign in, and never pooled with other users' information. It is not used to train anything, not profiled, and not analysed.
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, the lawful basis is your explicit consent, which you give by creating an account and can withdraw at any time by deleting your data. You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict and erase your information. Access and export are self-service inside the app. Erasure is immediate and permanent from the same place.
AutiPlate is for parents, carers and guardians. The account holder must be an adult. The app is not designed for or directed at children, and a child should not create an account. By logging information about your child you confirm you have parental responsibility for them.
Only you, from an account signed in with your email. Row-level security is enforced at the database, meaning another signed-in user cannot read your rows even if they tried. Our hosting provider, Supabase, stores the data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. We have no advertisers, no analytics vendors and no third-party scripts beyond the code needed to run the app.
On Supabase infrastructure. Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Delete it and it is gone immediately — there is no soft-delete, no archive and no recovery, so export a copy first if you want one.
AutiPlate keeps a copy of recent entries in your browser's local storage so the app loads quickly and works when your connection drops. It stays on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is cleared when you delete your data or sign out. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
If data is ever exposed, affected users will be notified by email with what happened and what to do, and the relevant supervisory authority will be informed where required.

No content in the app — including food categories, supplement entries, notes and reports — is a recommendation to give, withhold, start or stop anything.
The eating plan categories reflect an approach you have chosen to follow. Elimination diets are not universally advised for autistic children and can affect growth and nutrition. Supplements can interact with prescribed medication and with each other, and some are unsafe for children. Always speak to your child's doctor, paediatrician or a registered dietitian before changing anything.
In an emergency, or if your child is unwell, contact a medical professional or your local emergency service. Do not rely on this app.
Food and supplement reference entries are provided as-is and may be incomplete or out of date. Always read the actual product label, which is the authoritative source for ingredients, allergens and dosing.
AutiPlate is provided free and as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, and features may change or be withdrawn. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — the export tool is inside the app.
To the fullest extent the law allows, AutiPlate and its author accept no liability for any loss or harm arising from use of the app, from reliance on anything in it, or from data loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You may stop at any time by deleting your data, which removes everything permanently.
